TTS have been supplying quality used tensile test machines to industry for over 10 years. We acquire only the best used machines and give each one a full service and performance check before it is offered for sale. All machines are offered with a 60 day RTB warranty with options to extend.

Mayes 500kN Hydraulic Frame

We have for sale a Mayes 500kN large floor standing twin column hydraulic tensile test machine capable of applying forces up to 500kN. The frame will be refurbished and fitted with a new controller. TTS usually fit a Mtest Quattro to this type of frame but we are open to the customer specifying which controller they prefer. All hydraulic seals will be replaced and the servo valve serviced.  All internal hose work will be replaced where necessary.
We also have a nearly new Instron pumpset that could be matched to this frame.
